  3. Our in-place investment group purchases the vacant land or out-dated building, builds according to your specifications, and leases the property to you long term.

*Our in-place investment group is actively growing their long-term lease portfolio. This allows tenants to move into the ideal space long-term without having to purchase.

 

Build-to-Suit

You need new construction on vacant land without wanting to purchase, and our in-place investor needs to grow their long-term lease portfolio. It's a match that works for both. Our investor will purchase the land, build the project, and lease to you.

Re-development or Renovation

There's an out-dated building sitting on an ideal site for your business. Our investor will purchase the property and either re-develop or renovate the existing building to suit your needs and lease to you.
